Composer, arranger, producer and multi-instrumentalist, Douglas Fonseca has scored a variety of short films, dance performances, concert music, feature films, and lots of TV ads of all types. Fonseca has conducted scoring session at the Fox Alfred Newman Scoring Stage with some of the top studio musicians in Los Angeles. His compositions have been performed and recorded by various orchestras including the Henry Mancini Institute Orchestra (Los Angeles), the Brazilian Wind Orchestra, the Los Angeles Studio Orchestra, the University of Miami orchestra, Monterey Youth Orchestra, Jazz Sinfônica (Brazil), Campinas Orchestra (Brazil), Tom Jobim Youth Orchestra (Brazil), big band Comboio, among others.
